Siedlce is located in the eastern part of the Mazovian
Province on the traditional international route from Lisbon to
Moscow through Paris, Berlin and Warsaw. There is also an international
railway that links East and West Europe. Siedlce's climate is
influenced by a conditional climate from the east and a maritime
climate from the west. The average summer temperatures are from
12 degrees C to 23 degrees C. In winter they are respectively
from minus 4 degrees to 1 degree C. The average annual rainfall
in Siedlce is 500 mm with the greatest falls in summer months.
